Kalpavriksham Trust, in collaboration with Global Cancer Concern India and Privaram Cancer Hospital, partnered with D. G. Vaishnav College through its student forum to organize a Cancer Awareness Talk during the VIZHIPUNARVU event at the SRG Auditorium.The session engaged 350 students and focused on cancer prevention, early detection, myths versus facts, HPV vaccination, and the importance of timely medical care, equipping participants with essential and practical health knowledge.The keynote address by Dr. M. Banu Priya, Senior Consultant Radiation Oncologist, highlighted breast cancer awareness, early screening, treatment options, and menstrual health management, encouraging students to adopt proactive healthcare practices and make informed health decisions.Together, we continue to spread awareness, promote prevention, and support early diagnosis for a healthier future.
