In celebration of World No Tobacco Day, a painting competition was held on May 31, 2024, at the Arunodhaya Center for Street and Working Children in Ernavoor. The event was organized by the Kalpavriksham Trust, Privaram Cancer Hospital, Pearl Health Institute, Arunodhaya Center, and Cancer Care India. This competition, aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of tobacco use, invited young artists aged 13 to 18 to participate. Around 30 participants joined the event, each bringing their unique artistic talents to create impactful messages against tobacco use.
