Kalpavriksham Trust, in collaboration with Privaram Cancer Hospital, conducted a Cancer Awareness Talk at Indira Education – College of Allied Health Sciences, Pandur, Thiruvallur, reaching 125 students and staff members. The session focused on early detection and women’s health, highlighting the importance of mammograms, Pap smear tests, and the HPV vaccine.Participants were guided through key topics including cancer risk factors, screening procedures, and the benefits of timely diagnosis. The speaker emphasized the role of preventive screenings in reducing cancer risks and encouraged attendees to adopt proactive health practices.The session aimed to create a lasting impact by fostering awareness, promoting early detection, and empowering the community to make informed decisions for better health and well-being.
