Sanju Women’s Welfare Association (Branch of Women’s Indian Association) – Silver Pearls Club, Dist. 324 1C Vincent de Paul, Adambakkam, in collaboration with Kalpavriksham Trust and Privaram Cancer Hospital, organized a Cancer Screening Camp at St. Joseph Home for Aged, Birudur Village, Tiruvannamalai, on 15th November 2025.This initiative focused on strengthening women’s health through awareness, early detection, and preventive care. A total of 51 women registered, out of which 29 underwent mammogram screenings for breast cancer and 24 received Pap smear tests for cervical cancer.The event aimed to empower women with knowledge, encourage timely health check-ups, and ensure easy access to essential screening services. Through such impactful outreach programs, Kalpavriksham Trust continues its mission to promote preventive healthcare—ensuring early detection, timely intervention, and improved health outcomes for women in underserved communities.
