Privaram Cancer Hospital and Kalpavriksham Trust collaborated to conduct a cancer screening event at Indian Navy Ship (INS) Pallava under Project Femicare +. The event was generously sponsored by Five Star Business Finance Limited through their CSR funds. A total of 52 beneficiaries participated in the services offered during the camp. The services included HPV vaccinations (14) to prevent cervical cancer, Pap smear tests (29) for cervical cancer screening, and mammograms (31) to detect early signs of breast cancer.. This collaborative effort emphasizes the importance of regular screenings and vaccinations in the fight against cancer and highlights the dedication of the organizers to improving community health and well-being.
